Please, check your commodities after your reception in case of possible mistakes and flaws in your order. You must advice about any incidence by e-mail. Sexyglamour saves its right to turn down any complaint which is carried out fifteen days after you received your order.
Although Sexyglamour hardly tries to serve their orders as soon as possible, please let us till thirty days for our delivery.
Sexyglamour saves its right in case of changing or modifing in prices and transport costs at anytime. The order is subject to valid prices and delivery conditions at the reception date of it. If there was any change, we´d advice you inmediatly in order to modify what was necessary.
Unless manufacture imperfections, refunds are not allowed. Complaints in used articles are not allowed. Every complaint must be done during ten days after the order reception. Refunds will not admit without specific Sexyglamour authorization. Refunded commodity without our authorization will be rejected and fall into an extra charge of 15% for manipulation.
